Job Responsibility

• Search & Add new vehicles in the fleet as per requirements
• Find out the best Fleet vendors as per operation requirements
• Conduct regular training for vendors/chauffeurs
• Briefing on company policy
• Most important manage live inventory on ZiT Application
• Enroll all the vehicles on ZiT platform
• Take care of vehicles and chauffeur’s quality.
• Manage proper documentation records of all the fleets
• Office administrative work – take care of regular needs
• Visit Manesar/Noida offices for  inspection on monthly (Can be more locations)
• Manage records of uniform, Basic amenities, and quality goods, etc.
